So Many Helpful Tips

It was such an informative mini-series which covered exactly what I wanted to understand better about my child. Munira regards each child as individuals and gives the parent real ownership of their child’s challenges while being sensitive to how much she can deliver. I came away with so many helpful tips and a real clarity to what my next steps would be to support my son in the best way possible.

Fun Exercises

Like always Munira has amazing ideas and fun exercises to help children achieve their full potential, and also to help us parents understand the whole set of skills that are needed to perform everyday tasks. I enjoyed learning from these sessions and me and the girls will have a lot of fun putting these ideas into practice!

At the Right Level

The mini-series was invaluable. Pitched at the right level with lots of tips and tricks. We've already put some of the exercises into practice with our son; he is really enjoying them and is noticeably calmer and engaged after them. Thank you.Right Level

Incredibly Insightful

Munira's Helping Kids Write mini-series provided an incredibly insightful and accessible summary of the challenges facing children as they learn to write, and the ways that parents, carers and educational staff can help them develop the necessary strength, control and confidence. I learned so much from the videos and have come away with lots of ideas to try out with my son.

Your Occupational Therapist

Paediatric Occupational Therapist & Owner of ot4kids

Munira Adenwalla

I’m an American trained Occupational Therapist with 22 years paediatric experience in the US, Canada, and the UK. I help parents be confident to support their child’s sensory, motor, and emotional development. I am a strong proponent of early intervention. I have seen first hand with my own son and children I treat, how early intervention, whether it be by parent consultations and / or treatment, helps establish strong foundational patterns of movement, improved sensory processing and emotional regulation. I also trust a parents’ gutt instinct, and value working with parents to directly support their child’s sensory and motor needs via online courses and consultations. As you are with your child the most, your input is instrumental. We want to support you in learning the reason behind your child’s behaviours and movements, and to be empowered with sensory processing strategies while parenting ‘on the go.’
